I’ve been lucky to visit Tuscany every year lately and I will try to present you some of the best choices of Tuscany Villas.

What is the best time to have a destination wedding in Tuscany?
Tuscany is gorgeous for several months of the year. Starting from the beginning of May until early October. May is in full bloom and in late September and early October, you will get to witness the beautiful colors of the fall.

Rich in history, built in 1854, Il Borro has one of the most amazing gardens and offers numerous exclusive activities like a helicopter and hot air balloon ride to enjoy all the beauty of the surrounding area.

It’s fantastic! The Villa is well known for its red walls and for Mona Lisa living there for some time. Pisa is only 8 km far from here and you cannot miss a visit to Plaza of the Miracles and admire some masterpieces of the European Romanesque architecture
Villa Le Fontanelle
If you’re looking for a gorgeous Villa in the heart of Florence with a special character, this one will definitely impress you. This Villa has a small church in its premises, perfect for either a symbolic or religious ceremony. One of my favorite spots, is the balcony in front of the Villa, overlooking Florence from a distance. You can have a look at an elopement I photographed in Villa Le Fontanelle that was published in the Front Page of Style Me Pretty.

Maybe best known as Sting’s Villa in Tuscany. Another amazing villa with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the hills of the countryside. This 16th century Villa is full of history and you are welcome to see more photos, from this destination wedding I photographed there.

Tuscany is famous for its Villas, but there are castle options too! Isn’t that like a fairytale? Having your dinner inside a real castle built in 1424.
